General Site Questions
Q. Why do I now have to login to send my artwork?
A. We have added new features unique for each user to see and this login lets us only show your information.

Q. What if I am a Dealer but I don't know what my Dealer ID is?
A. If you have a previous invoice view this link to find your Dealer ID. If you don't have an invoice, you need to email us or call us at 1-800-622-2280.

Q. I lost my dealer password, what do I do?
A. Try to login into the site with what you think the password is. Then look for password help to show your "password" hint. If you still don't remember, click the "Send Password" button to get your password sent to the email address on file. If you no longer have access that email address, you will have to call us.

Q. I lost my temporary upload area password, what do I do?
A. You need to call us at 1-800-622-2280 to get your password from us.

Q. Can I just get a quote for my uploaded artwork?
A. Yes, we call on all artwork that is uploaded. No order is placed without confirmation from the person that uploaded the artwork.

Q. Why does my file status still say "Being Analyzed" after a long period of time (more than 30 minutes)?
A1.
Your file may be done being analyzed. It can take a minute to a couple hours depending on the file. The status page refreshes every 3 minutes. Or you can hit the "refresh" button or the F5 key yourself to make the page refresh.
A2. Your file may be complex and take longer to review. You can call us to find out what the problem is.

Q. What is the best color & resolution for CAD-PRINTZ™ transfers?
A. 300 DPI in CMYK color

Q. What is the largest image size/area for screen printed transfers?
A. 11.25" x 14"

Q. What file types do you accept?
A. We prefer CorelDraw® but we also accept these file types.

Q. Do I need to convert my text to curves (CorelDraw) / outlines (Illustrator)?
A. Yes, please convert all text to curves (CorelDraw) / outlines (Illustrator).

General Ordering Questions
Q. What is the turnaround time on a custom order that includes uploaded artwork?
A. Most orders from your custom artwork take 2-3 business days to process and print.
